They gave us a standard king room with a view of a water tank, very comfortable bedding plus up-to-date bathrooms. Really nice restaurant served Chilean specialities.

Spotless, fair value hotel, the location was perfect and magnificent close to Santa Cruz, next to the plaza and the Casino, the park after midnight, and the museum, casino and the Santa Cruz winery. The rooms were updated and mine was modern with sparkling wine and very comfortable bedding, for example. Thanks to the very very helpful staff everything was great. Couldn't recommend more this place and can't wait to come back.

The staff - some of them were very unfriendly.

The staff here were really on top of things and super helpful , they gave us great service. And let me tell you, breakfast was definitely worth getting out of bed for! We had a variety of delicious options like toast, made, to, order eggs, and crackers to kickstart our day 🍳.
